Upcoming Dates & Events at Torkington Park SK7 4RQ: In 2025

Halloween Trail : On Thursday Oct 30th 2pm – 3.30pm. Starting at the Bowling Hut, a spooky trail around the park to collect clues. Children are welcome to dress up in their Halloween costumes. £1.00 per trail, cash only.

Christmas Carols in the Park: On Saturday Dec 6th. Our annual Christmas Carols event from 4pm to 5pm, with tea/coffee/ cake refreshments and raffle (cash only) from 3.30pm at the Bowling Hut. Sing along to carols with music provided by Hazel Grove Brass Band. Santa hats encouraged!

Task Mornings: On the first Saturday of the Month from March to November. We meet at the Bowling Hut at 10am and spend a couple of hours doing jobs around the park until 12noon – come and join us – we are a friendly bunch!

Please wear walking boots, wellingtons or stout shoes and gardening gloves. However we can provide gloves and basic gardening equipment. Please let us know if you plan to attend as arrangements can change. Email at torkingtonpark@yahoo.com or Facebook @torkingtonpark
